Your role as Senior FP&A Analyst

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be the financial sparring partner for our Executive Directors. You’ll translate data into clear business insights, build financial models, monitor KPIs, and help shape the future of our product communities. You’ll work closely with the Northern Europe staff team and the finance team in France – so fluent English is essential.

Your home base is our office in Nijkerk, but hybrid working is part of the deal.

Your responsibilities

• Build financial models, forecasts, and reports to support data-driven decisions

• Analyze financial performance and identify key business trends

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles

• Translate insights into strategic recommendations for executive leadership

• Improve FP&A processes and financial tooling

• Collaborate with international finance teams and cross-functional departments

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar FP&A role, preferably in software or technology

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Strong analytical mindset and experience with forecasting and financial modelling

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Proficiency in Excel, planning tools, and dashboards

• You are structured, self-starting, and like to simplify the complex
